The Inspiration Lives On: Establishing The Caroline Oliver Fund for a New Vision

GOVERN for IMPACT established this Fund in 2018 in honor of our late CEO, Caroline Oliver, who selflessly devoted the last years of her life to advancing excellence in governance. As CEO, Caroline and the GOVERN Board of Directors spearheaded an effort that galvanized the community around a far-reaching vision in which boards commonly engage in principled, owner-accountable governance in service to our shared humanity.

The Caroline Oliver Fund supports GOVERN’s important work, that of providing the highest quality governance education, cutting edge research, innovative programs, young professionals governance education scholarships, and advocacy to raise the profile of governance excellence in our public discourse while spreading as much knowledge as possible throughout the world.
