The number and diversity of Boards using Policy Governance increases over time.

Policy Governance^® is an internationally registered service mark created by John Carver and currently held by The Governance Coach. The Service Mark Registration is only to ensure accurate description of the model rather than for financial gain. The model is available free to all with no royalties or license fees for its use.  If the term Policy Governance is used in conference, webinar, and/or newsletter presentations/writings, the service mark must be referred to at least once.

GOVERN for IMPACT’s work is inspired by Policy Governance.  The GOVERN for IMPACT community is a leading voice in Policy Governance locally and internationally.  We also engage with sciences and schools of thought which advance governance excellence, innovation, and effective practice.
