Your organization is doing great things! Yet, you are challenged by members, funders, donors, or tax payers to account for the resources used in relation to the extent of the impact you are having.

How can you demonstrate that the results are worth the dollars and time invested? How can you demonstrate the results are important?

What are the respective roles for the Board and the CEO in this regard?

Join us as we explore some of the current thinking in this field. We will discuss practical, useable ideas for Boards and organizations who want to be accountable for the value of the impact they are achieving.
